GeMTC is a graphical user interface for (network) meta-analysis and meta-regression. Users can upload evidence tables in either CSV or JSON format, and run various network models on their data. The software includes methods for the assessment of heterogeneity, inconsistency, and publication bias, as well as various methods for sensitivity analysis. The backend uses our R packages to perform the computations.
The GeMTC web interface was funded by IMI GetReal, and is included in ADDIS.
