GeMTC R package released

The first version (0.1) of the GeMTC R package is now available from CRAN. This version is based on GeMTC 0.14.1 and supports consistency and inconsistency models. Node-splitting models will be added later on.

In addition, the GeMTC pages have been completely rewritten to match the many changes that happened between GeMTC 0.10 and 0.14.
